I realised from a young age that I was an entrepreneur.
Sometimes I have to pinch myself as to how my business career has evolved.
From an early age I knew I had an entrepreneurial spirit, selling crisps to all my classmates in the school playground.
However when I left school I fell in to the trap so many make… employment. What a mistake this was.
But fortunately, after ten years of working for someone else I started to work on my future and my entrepreneurial journey began.
I would love to tell you it was all success, but I would be lying if I did.
The first few years were tough as I did not have the knowledge, skills, or mindset that was required to succeed.
Eventually I met some mentors who helped me along and coupled with my own personal desire to succeed things began to change.
I wanted to:
• Create a steady, recurring income that I could rely on
• Ensure that income grew every month
• Create a team of financially independent individuals
It was a while ago now when I hit that dream of making my first million, and with the above criteria lodged firmly in my mind, my ambitions grew alongside my team of network marketers.
I’m not one to blow my own trumpet, as I would rather point people to real hard facts, to the results from my endeavours and the winning choices I’ve made.
I am known for being lucky, as from the outside it does seem as though I take a gamble on many opportunities, yet I see the pay off as nothing to do with luck. What people don’t realise is I use my knowledge from years in business, years of unearthing the most profitable opportunities to carefully assess risk and reward. There’s no luck involved, there’s strategy, planning, analysis, forecasts and a desire to succeed, but nothing is left to chance!
Those that work closely with me understand this and I’d like to think this is why I’ve built up many loyal teams that have shared in my successes. Celebrating success alone is great but nothing beats the feeling of celebrating success as a team, as a whole.
If you took a look at my CV, you’d see the professional achievements in a list but personally, I don’t think this really relays the buzz, the excitement, the ambition and the real results we’ve all achieved.
On paper I’m a keynote speaker, a global top ranked distributor with teams of tens of thousands and Co-Owner of the UK’s fastest growing travel franchise, which looks great but misses out the incredible journey I’ve had.
One of my main motivations for being the best is my family. As an entrepreneur and workaholic, I do try to keep my feet on the ground and while I am seduced by success my family always comes first.
I’ve immense pride in being able to give them anything they want with the money I’ve earned and with every step forward; I keep them and their happiness in mind as I try to be the very best partner and dad.
Born and Bred in Liverpool, I’ve stayed close to my roots, as family and friends mean the world to me. Without their belief in my abilities and their support right at the beginning when I had nothing, I wouldn’t have owned the confidence to get where I am today.
My motivation is spurred by the desire to have complete control over my life and my finances so I can be there for my children and I can take my fiancé travelling around the world.
Today we do indeed have an enviable lifestyle as we love to jet off on holiday. Of course, with our passion for travel I spotted a great opportunity and you’ll find out more about it on my travel page…

I left my $50K a year salary to come and work full time for Paul. I have loved every minute working of different projects and getting to travel to some amazing places. I don’t know of many MLM Leaders who have their own staff on the payroll but myself along with many interpreters were grateful to work for himDavid Butterworth, Programmer & Web Developer, UK
I watched Paul increase sales in our region by almost 1000% so when he moved to his next venture it was an easy decision to move with him.Max Simonov, Russia
I’ve been fortunate to make over $12M in my MLM career and when the chance came to work with Paul I jumped at it. In fact, so impressed was I with regard to a marketing & training system that he produced that I partnered with him so that my team could benefitSimon Brookes, UK
